Only ult in if you know it's safe and hold your 2 to dodge big damage rather than spending it on the first threat

You use your 3 to initiate fights, then auto if bumbas. Follow up with 1 and auto. And save your 2 for when they use an ability on you since it makes you completely immune. You can backflip a Vulcan ult for 0 dmg. It's pretty sick. His ult gives extra protections and is really good for tower diving, chasing, or if need be escaping an encounter.
