This man is wicked...mean spirited. He does not even love his children because all he wants to do is make life uncomfortable for the lady, without thinking about how it'd affect the children they both brought into the world. He's not really listening to the judge because he's made up his mind and is bent on the path he has chosen. He'll end up taking the 3rd child from her as well, once the child is old enough! A great lesson for women... don't be carried away with romantic 'love.' Ensure a man marries you properly before settling down to making babies together. I quite agreed with you, judge Funmi had never been this disturbed deciding any case. She couldn't even consider reconciling them because it's glaring this man has bolted already, he's just trying to minimize collateral damages, in the onslaught. The lady too, was too laid-back, from all indications, this man was stretched beyond limit and he's ready for the worst. Big lesson for so many ladies out there. Things have changed, no man wants to die while the woman in the house is supportive or just keep giving birth. He's stretched but he can go make a new family elsewhere, he's just shot himself in the foot, he'll now be spending on 2 families. He made a mistake by saying he wants to take 2 kids to his uncle. Infact he should have been the one to charge the woman to court for separation/being lazy and refusing to work. The judge would have been able to either ensure the woman has a job or separate them (then the woman will have no choice but to get something doing so she doesn't loose out and be separated from the man). Even at that, the man will still have to provide.

He had tried and he's gone already as it's were, all that's left is for lazy woman to buckle up and work to train her children because I can see this man letting go everything, including the children, out of frustration. When frustration is aggravated it can lead to resentment and if nothing is done fast can even lead to murder, thank God this man chose fleeing option unlike some men, who would descend on her type. The judge had her hands full with this case she's really being careful not to make the case end worst. This is the toughest of all the cases decided on justice court thus far. Kudos to judge Funmi.

I beg to disagree that this man is unreasonable. it is quite unfortunate that the situation is more than what we see and hear about these two. The accumulated anger and frustration is getting the best of him in the court. he needs to calm down so he wont get himself into trouble. He Obviously cared and loved this woman well enough to cohabitate and have 3 kids with her. He has obviously been solely responsible for the affairs of the home (yes that is his responsibility, I agree), but with the situation of the country, every home needs streams of multiple income just so when one fails the other can support the family in the interim which was why he sent the woman to school believing she would finish and get a job to assist with the bills, but his expectations was cut short and he still went ahead to give her 250,000 for business (which she did not disagree with) yet she could not even account for the fund. Every normal human being as this man will feel angry and frustrated. Now he no longer has a job and that got to him as this was what he was avoiding by educating this woman and attempting to make her start a business in the first place. As for the woman, she is not married to him hence probably sees this as a business venture. She bears the children he want and he caters for her and the children's affair (this is an assumption). She probably does not feel the need to assist him financial since he has not legalized their union.(still an assumption) So this is a tough one to point accusing finger. I will suggest that they both move on separately and maturely for the sake of the 3 kids. The woman should get a job and assist with the children upbringing while the man should move on without the furniture, other items and cater for the children. he who can gather the household will gather better ones. he should also look for a good and affordable school for the kids to ease his financial pressure till he recoup .

Well the judge won't make judgement based on assumptions. The Court System don't work that way. Even if she asked if he's got another woman, and he says yes, it's his cross to provide for the 1st family he's created with this woman.
