I think that the komosi skin was a perserved mummy whose tomb was broken and shattered by an aggressive infected, which the infected got in contact with leading to the mummy becoming alive again as well with being infected. The zompiggy skin was most likely a dead piggy which was eaten or got in contact by an infected.
