The Kampf LSF EvoSlitter

Lithium-ion batteries (LIB) dominate the market for rechargeable energy storage devices. Their manufacturing process is highly demanding. Particularly with regard to the safety properties and the service life of the cells, it is important to drive development forward.Slitting machines are not new to the converting world and an established method for the Kampf group. Also for applications for slitting separator and electrode tapes, especially in the parent company, Kampf Schneid- und Wickletechnik GmbH & Co. KG , many experiences exist. In the course of the steadily growing market, the technical concept for slitting machines for the pilo- and small production scale was completely revised in close cooperation between KampfLSF and Kampf Schneid- und Wickletechnik GmbH & Co. KG. Under the name EvoSlitter the first systems have already been successfully placed in the market. Working widths of up to 800mm, speeds of over 100 m/min, interchangeable slitting cassettes and many more features are waiting for the customer.
