(From Ohio, USA) I am surprised they have not expanded the business, because when I was in Ghana in the 80s and early 90s we used to drive from Legon (UG) to Osu 2ce or 3ce weekly to buy ''kelewele'' from her mother and proceed to a "banku base" called "Blue gate" to buy "Banku" and grilled Tilapia with fresh pepper...omg! Nostalgia. Ghana is so richly blessed with nutritious traditional cuisine.
