Actually, since it has a cooling fan, is it loud when using it? I'd love to use it for a hair light like you said but I'd be nervous using anything that was emitting a sound of a fan whirring

Glad you liked the video! The fan is super quiet. I have never had any issues with it coming through on my audio, even in small and tight spaces 👍

How does this compare to the Ulanzi LT028? Should be cool to see that as the ulanzi has lithium battery and can be charged while using it and also mini Bowen mount

too bad it doesn´t come with an On / Off switch, so every time you use the light you don´t have to set the right color temperature with the manual dials.

Bad purchase! M40 - the fan is so loud! ... completely unusable at 100% for video... this is the loudest fan I've ever heard. When I turn the lamp up to 100%, it's impossible to make sound recordings in the same room. At 50% power it's okay... but that's clearly not the point :-(.
