Honestly, I started using Camille Rose because of Rasheeda. She really takes care of her hair and skin so well. I knew if she was backing it, then it was good. Plus, she used it in Karter's hair. This is nice. I’m looking forward to launching my own cosmetics business because I planned this since 2018 when I was 22 years old in my small roommate apartment. I put it off to get my college degree (finished my associate’s degree this year) , while balancing multiple jobs, and still in college but I feel it’s time. I remember reading about Camille products on a podcast, I try to find podcast with women discussing their journey and even better when a woman of color makes it, it’s inspiring. Love Camille Rose products! I was all the way in the Pacific Northwest, There were about 5 black people in the entire city. I went in to a beauty store and asked for hair grease. The white woman had no idea what I was talking about! I described it to her, and she walked me over to what she thought I was talking about. It was called the Grow grease by Camille Rose, which I had never heard of. She opened the tin can and smelled it and said it smells so clean and pure. I smelled it and it took me back to my childhood....of sitting in the kitchen getting my hair pressed. It smells wonderful! I flipped the can over to see where it was made, it said my hometown Atlanta GA!! I pointed this out to the rep and proudly purchased it! It is a excellent, excellent product! I’m a critical care nurse, and I keep my hair clean and healthy under my isolation caps, using this product!
