This is pretty interesting view on Kapotasana as you give us the tips how we appreciate this challenging movement into well-rounded one for our spine👍 I haven't tried the whole K. sequence yet but I will definitely go for entering/exit positions to make mine more substantial even though I'm not there of lolasana position. Another important video. I’m grateful that my teacher has been placing emphasis on “rounding the spine and lifting the knees” upon exiting …. Buuuuut it’s easier said than done.

This transition is impossible to me. It’s almost a handstand! Is there something easier to do for this transition?

Focus on the fundamental movements of the spine. Take the time to release the lower back when you come up, then support the lift up by giving a little hop with the feet & pulling the knees into your chest. Lean forward to control the jump back - no stress if it’s not perfect right away.
