The United States has charged a former RAW official, Vikash Yadav, who was referred to as 'CC1', for allegedly orchestrating a failed plot to assassinate Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun residing in New York City.
Meanwhile, Nikhil Gupta, an Indian national accused of being recruited by Yadav, was arrested in Prague last June after travelling from India. Gupta has since been extradited to the US and pleaded not guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit murder.
Pannun, also happens to be the lawyer for Hardeep Singh Nijjar, another pro-Khalistani, around whose assassination charges, India & Canada are embroiled in heightened diplomatic tensions.
Will India allow USA to extradite Yadav? Is Nijjar's assassination and Pannun's foiled attempt interlinked?

How can we call Jagmeet Singh's political party called the New Democratic Party, which got 17.8 % of popular votes and has 25 MPs, a fringe Khalistani group? It has Hindu Mps. Both liberal and conservative parties in Canada got around 32 % of votes. Sikhs number less than 2 % of the Canadian population and are outnumbered by Hindus in Canada. Nobody in Canada can form a government without this party's support. This party has called for a ban on RSS like it has been done thrice in independent India, and they may succeed in implementing this ban. Canada rightly takes the Najjar murder as an attack on its sovereignty by the government of India. This issue falls out of Sangis' " GHAR MAA GUSS KA MARAGA" policy. Have the Sangis not celebrated the murder of the father of the nation, Mahatma Gandhi? What action did India take against the propagators? This issue is best diplomatically handled, which Canada has tried for over a year, but Vishva Guru has failed to amicably handle. And now, 4 lakh students, primarily upper-caste Hindus, are going to suffer.

Suhasini is vocal in standing for principles, but ignores an essential fact. The assassination plot may have been inept and hence condemnable , but it is an example of a flaming beacon of free speech to aid,abet,protect extremism and separatism in India , to threaten Indian politicians and diplomats.No soft options,please. Our security is under serious threat from these criminals.
