My wife would love to dance just like the woman in the video and while I tried to shuffle along next to her,I would mostly just be entranced! Over the next 40+ years we both lost our mobility, she to a stroke and I had my back smashed by a dozy driver in a rear end shunt. I can watch this now and often do and it brings back such wonderful memories of youth and beauty and joy and reminds me that when we had the world at our feet we danced and laughed and lived. If I could go back to me then, I would tell myself to carry on squeezing as much joy out of life as my strong young arms could and to cherish it in my heart as it will warm that same heart in later colder times. Thank you for the memories this brings me!
