i always recommend to get a cable for the quest 2 as vrchat drains that poor guys battery no matter what. i bought a usb 3.1 usb C to A cable for 50 bucks 10 meters long. You get to use your pc and avatars that arent meant for the quest aka you get to use kikyo. A lot of quest 2 users actually have a pc capable enough but just wanted the ease of a quest 2 to not have to set up base stations and what not.

Another great one of your series of most popular VRChat Avatars! 👍❤ But what about showing people how to get on with one of those versatile avatars? Please correct me if I'm wrong, but your information is mostly for people that are new to it, just about to get familiar with VRChat and Avatars. I think there are gaps in the information available about how to get on once you have decided for and bought such an avatar... I mean: If have it (bought and downloaded the file...), what's next? And how to implement the modifications that you were looking for once you selected them on booth? As I am not really familiar with the tools to extract and then modify the avatar in (...whatever tool...), I would appreciate some video that shows what comes next after I bought the file (Yay!) and then unzip it in some tool, change the hair style and add or modify one more accessory before it is shown how my modified avatar is finally uploaded to VRChat...

I used to run an Inaba, but this video was the push I needed to switch over to a Kikyo. I just love all the options she has for outfits and customization. I was also able to get a version of mine down to Good performance on PC without too much quality lost.

avatar complexity high in textures and polygons.. that is something that Second Life dealt since its inception.. The other day i went to a world that had some avies.. and the public ones were so so heavy i couldn't believe my eyes!! but really good looking.. pretty optimizable.. and of course, if you get to identify with one avatar, you get to change clothes.. but on the other hand.. if you do that you will get a heavy complexity avatar. Not buying unoptimized trash.

karin likely has more sales you have no proof kikyo has more sales pretty sure karin has more pirated users/public avatar users alongside more sales this is technically mis information. you'd have to ask komado for sales on karin and kikyo author for sales on kikyo which i know you didnt

pirating does not equal sales. BOOTH.PM usually shows The Top Avatars (3D Characters) based on Sales (and favorites which are symbolized in Likes/Hearts).

@@Parzeval none of the options are based solely of sales so we have no way to know for sure but for sure karin is more than likely to overtake shes way newer. either way i like kikyo too my point is just i see way more karins nowadays than kikyo and shes 15k loves vs kikyo 17k now its really fun to see my lifes journey is to make karin numbah 1

I mean this Video also aged (it's almost 5-6 Months old) and things change pretty rapidly in the VRChat Market and by what I see the possibility is there for KARIN to take the Number One Place of KIKYO. Also you’re not wrong with „The Most Sold Avatar“ since you can’t really see the Sales Statistics. It should’ve been „The Most Favorited/liked Avatar on BOOTH“ but now it’s to late to change it lol.

@@Parzeval haha yeah i just realised i seemed hostile and im trying like step back and not be too autism over avatar bases theyre all nice. also yeah my autism is what made me go "BUT ASKHTUALLY" to my detriment. observing the booth "meta" and "ranks" over the years has been fun. i dont know why koyuki and yuyuko fox fell auhgf tho. i didnt check the video date either. back then she mightve been most sold by a few thousand
