The Kilfenora Set with the Glenside Ceili Band

At the Kilrush set dancing weekend, the Glenside Ceili Band plays music for the Kilfenora Set at an outdoor ceili on the town square. The first figure of the South Galway Set appears at the end of the video, but the camera was retired from duty then because of rain. Mary Clancy is the MC.

How Nice! I love this music! What a novel idea, men and women dancing together to music that is being performed by actual human beings with real instruments. No trash talking, no twerking and not a self centered ego-maniac to be seen.I guess life's not all Hip Hop and pole dancing after all.
