As a teacher of computer programming, in my opinion, the best explanation of why the Quintesson knew the program of Cyclonus is that the Quintesson contributed in writing the program of Skywarp, and when Unicron created Cyclonus, he reused the program code of Skywarp. This would also explain the similar personalities of Skywarp and Cyclonus.

Cyclonus and Skywarp didn't have similar personalities. Skywarp was a bit of an idiot. Had a cruel sense of humour and was a bit of a dick. Cyclonus is almost the opposite. I'm guessing the Quintessons had profiles on the major characters and took them based on data they already had. I mean it doesn't take a genius to figure out both personalities.

The colours of that ship were different to the ship in the Killing Jar which is why l thought it was someone else..but obviously the ship in five faces was just a generic (non Transformer) ship, since it got blown to bits.

What is the purpose of a killing jar? A killing jar is a container into which you place recently captured insects. The killing jar contains some type of poison that will kill the insect quickly. Some killing jars contain ether or cyanide, but rubbing alcohol or fingernail polish remover works fine, especially for young collectors. Very dark title. :P

"The Killing Jar" Is One of My Favorite Episodes from Transformers Generation 1: Season 3 ! The Quintissons capture G1 Ultra Magnus, Wreck-Gar, Marissa Fairborne, and Cyclonus ! They are captured by the Quintissons because, the Quntissons wanted to study them and make them captured caged zoo specimens. But, then the Quintisson's spaceship Is flown off course and enters Into a black hole. It was very interesting G1 episode. The colors from the Sunbow Toei Animation Inc., were really vivid and clear. This Is definitely one of the better Transformers G1 episodes from Season 3 of the Transformers Generation 1 cartoon series !

Black holes, yes. Not just theory, though, supposedly there is photographic and concrete evidence of actual black holes. Yes, plural. White holes, barely. There is some postulation on it, but it's often dismissed as credible science. The reason the idea exists is within relationship, much like black holes once did, to general relativity and the following logic. However, there is no proof. Ofc, that hasn't stopped "science" from being wrong before. You never know.
