Maybe you miss the point....but most (true) artists (like these cats here) covering a great song, even a classic such as this, is mainly to pay homage to it, without hopefully butchering it, and to maybe turn fans, onto (if some don't know), or send fans back to, the source...if its all good all round then its job done. Hurt by Johnny Cash is WAAAAAAAAAAY better than the original that was made by Nine Inch Nails.
