You just know how proud I am of this channel because this is pure true black music history Little Milton and the great Bobby Blue Bland never wanted to cross over leaving singing the blues they became great masters of the blues even the Great BB King said before his death that Bobby Blue Bland was the real King of the Blues which was true and Little Milton was next to be crowned king. What made Milton a great blues singer was his gospel tone voice you felt his passion for blues in his music that touched marrow of your bones yet your and so every time I got to him sing never once he gave a bad performance and hit was always a hell of a show with a badass hangover the day. Thank you all for remembering great black people that brought great joy to this country. ❤🎉

I met Milton in ,1975 in Helena Arkansas. He was a dear friend . A fabulous guitar player and vocalist and even a better person . I was 13 and a drummer . We came from Germany . He treated me like a son . The 345 Gibson he played sounded like an Orchestra. Not only did he play notes like BB , Milton knew chords and was one of the best band leaders bar none . I miss him . I started playing guitar at age 17 and by 20 I was beginning to find my way but the drums were my 1st instrument at age 7 and vocals at age 5 . Milton was one of my greatest inspirations , I hope someday I can honor his memory . Love to Pat and his son , I wish I would have known about his passing in 2005 . I would have been there . Bobby Bland too. Riley , Bobby & Milton were the absolute greats , sincerely Ben*Ben Adler. God Bless

My mother played "we're gonna make it" constantly when I was a boy of 10 years old. I didn't know how many songs he produced. Another great job my young brother!!!

Little Milton had the vocal style as Bobby Bland and the guitar playing as B.B. King. I have mostly all of his songs.

What a Great blues songer, & guitar player. The song " we gonna Make it" inspired me to no end. "Blind man", & Baby I love U, were wonderfully done songs, that you could really feel the story!. Keep it coming

The man killed and wrecked everything he recorded on Chess and Chess records in the 1960s when I was growing up. My favorite is “Let’s Get Together “ in 1968.
