Iori Yagami will always be my favorite character and KOF97 has one of my most favorite themes for Iori, Cool Jam/Arashi no Saxophone. Plus, Iori's epic and sinister laugh in KOF97 is one of the best people say and I agree. *"Remember me when you look at the moon."*

I am not that good with her either. Another character that I want to learn. She will be playable in the XV beta.

Chizuru is actually si good in 98 that she's often banned in tournaments, if not always

He's really easy. You try and use special moves he just reads and counters you. But standing normals work fine.

The leave it kind of open ended to give you what happens after the final battle and beginning of the next chapter. Kyo passes out and is kidnapped by a few mysterious figures (NESTS). He wakes up in the lab in KOF 99.

@@OrochiPops yea but what becomes of Iori and Chizuru? Hell, was Orochi even sealed? Hmm 🤔🧐

@@ShiningPhoenixGaming so after the battle Kyo mysteriously disappears, Orochi is sealed until it begins to weaken in 2003. Team Orochi is dead but their goal was to kidnap Yuki (Kyo's girl at the end) as a sacrifice to Orochi. Iori secretly follows the ones that kidnapped Kyo. And we enter the next saga

@@OrochiPops Correct. Team Orochi attempted to sacrifice Yuki, to free Orochi in its original, snake form. But since Team Sacred Treasures defeated them, Yashiro and Shermie sacrificed themselves, and Chris let Orochi take him as a vessel, to revive him as a last attempt. Kyo still ends up victorious, and ends up sealing Orochi, alongside Iori and Chizuru. By the way, did you know Kyo and Iori were originally supposed to die in this ending, and that's why they weren't in the location test version of KOF 99? Imagine how different KOF would be, had they took that route...
