The King of Fighters '99 - Psycho Soldier Team (Neo Geo MVS) ザ・キング・オブ・ファイターズ '99サイコソルジャーチーム

The Psycho Soldier Team specializes in using psychic powers-dubbed "Psycho Powers" by SNK. The powers, and some members of the team, first appeared in the SNK video game Psycho Soldier. The team includes Chin Gentsai, an elderly mentor and master of Psycho Power.
The others members of the team are his students Athena Asamiya, a famous Japanese pop singer; a Chinese teenager infatuated with Athena named Sie Kensou; and a little Chinese boy named Bao. As Bao trains with them during the time between King of Fighters '97 and King of Fighters '99, Kensou gradually loses his powers, until they become obsolete.
