Patrick Andrei Catbagan Sylvie was a reject that was created shortly before the end of KOF 2001, and of course she would have escaped without even trying. Kula, Angel, K9999, and Foxy managed to make it to space shortly afterwards.

oreki houtarou Both Angel and Kula worked for the NESTS, and they were a team, my guess is that Angel and K9999 betrayed their team, hurt Foxy (but did not kill her), and ran away.

actually they didn't run away, after K9999 stabbed Foxy, they both tried to kill Kula, but failed to do so and got their ass kicked. I say Kula has quite the reason to hate Angel.

Patrick Andrei Catbagan Explanation: Shortly after the destruction of the NESTS base(explained in-game), there was an encounter between Kula, Foxy, Angel, and K9999. Angel and K9999 then injured Foxy almost to the point of death, and then Kula got very, very angry. K9999 and Angel both tried to kill Kula as well but failed(because Kula is actually very, very powerful)It all goes downhill from there...
