@@allecsgaut8161 there's the part where essentially the bettermen don't involve themselves unless it's something that humanity cannot fight back against whatsoever, since the main threat of betterman is a being comprised entirely of cancerous cells. they look for threats from within humanity, rather than threats extant from humanity. that's why they get involved with the king of ruin stuff, since even sakura picks up on his aura and she was in a coma post-betterman

speaking of anime being in the Same world not to long ago I watched another anime by Yoshitomo Yonetani called Brigadoon Marin and Melan if you haven't heard of/ watched it do so it is amazing anyway I have a headcanon that one of the characters in the series named Mike White is the grand father of Stallion and Swan white from Gaogaigar based on their similar appears and of course surnames.
