As always with villains. One can be super good, but if the units around them are inconsistent then the good one suffers along with them. Anyway though, hes super good for sure. I think I will go 20 dodge (to get him to 60% in Buuhan mode), and then I guess pump crit? idk its hard to say. Good thing Ive pulled him so many times over the years I can just make 2 builds. One crit/AA, and the other dodge>crit/AA.

The survive k.o. Attack mechanic will get better as he’s pushed to the floating slot. It’s like how yajirobe can eat a super then dodge the normals after. Combined with his transformed SA being a 4 turn stack it seems like he’s built to gain utility as he ages out of the main rotation.

Depends on the unit honestly, for a newish character taking 200k is a lot of damage considering they are built to have strong defence, for an older one which doesn't have a great kit (or a good one but now its a little aged for new content) taking 600k isn't that bad considering it could have been a one shot

Super class is already stacked and vegito honestly isn’t really needed like he could be useful with his scouter but super class already has so much protection. While extreme class on the other hand is still struggling just need 2-3 more top tier units for them to really be competitive & Buu fills that role and would see more use in my opinion .
