I recently swapped the front brake from a 2021 crf250f onto my 2001 cr125, it all worked out but the only slight issue is that the brake line is a bit too short. I know you have experience improvising and making things fit on bikes so do you know which brake line I should get that would work?

What did you spray on top of the grip glue when you were installing the grips?

A little contact cleaner. Allows the grip to slide on easily before the glue dries. Don't use too much - it will eat straight through a grip if you overspray.

Not usually a pit bike guy but this thing looks sick af! After going back and watching the KTM 200 videos for second time Im seriously considering selling my 94 KDX for one just for parts availability and modern features. Really like the idea of a newer 200 and I cant afford a Beta hahahaha

Granted '94 is old, but I will say I think the motor on Levi's 2006 KDX200 was more impressive to me than this KTM. Although everything about the KTM chassis is better I think. Ultimately while I had a blast on the 200 project, it's not a bike that I'm crazy impressed with. Although there is some bias in that as it's specifically hard enduro oriented - geared up and ripping fun, flowy trails, it's awesome.

@@KincadePavichgreat info to know!!! I might have a lead on a good deal for an H series (the 95-06 like Levis) KDX and have been tossing the idea around of trying to snag that or go to a KTM. I know the KDX motor very well so it might be worth it for the newer style chassis and the type of riding I do in Alabama. The motors had some power valves differences in the E and H models but are super similar. I really appreciate the input!
