i faced someone starting him in events and it made me laugh so hard. i wasnt expecting it and the ball just fucking floated around. I ended it walking him off after he had to put in a different pitcher though. i couldnt hit the knuckle

What they should do is if depending on your timing in pinpoint, meter pitching etc that determines how much spin you put on the ball. Only a perfect timing should result in an absolute zero Knuckleball which results in the unpredictable break. Any deviation left or right should impart spin in that direction and that is the direction the ball should break.

They'll need to figure out a randomizer fix where occasionally the knuckler goes nowhere near the location you want to pitch it, like you try to put it low and away, and it goes up and in, you get a passed ball, or it doesn't actually flutter and the batter just crushes it.

So is Waldron nerfed now? His knuckleball these days goes faster and slightly less wobbly than in this video, much like a real knuckler. The buy orders were still somewhat ridiculous tho, last I checked about a week ago. EDIT: Seems like it, the buy orders are hovering over 800 stubs now. I’m waiting for him to get released, because I will not pay that kind of stubs for a bronze, especially if he’s not going to work like he used to anymore
