I haven't even watched the video yet, but I ate two of those and had the worst pain going to the toilet in my whole life. I had an adrenaline rush, sweating, vision went super bright. spent a good 20 minutes on the toilet so i respect you guys for eating this, feel sorry for you tomorrow though ;)

I'm a bit confused about the supposed Scoville scale as 8000 is around what the average Jalapeno is and Reuben's eaten far hotter stuff than that in the past so I imagine the packaging is wrong! I accidentally ate one of these last week when I came home at night from work (being very tired and hungry). I usually buy some instant noodles at the local asian market, picking which package looks good (not really reading). It came as a surpise, and my mouth was numb for a few hours... 😂

These are delicious with some grilled chicken breast chopped through and a hard boiled egg sliced on top. You get addicted to the spice

The chemical compound responsible for the burning sensation you can get when eating spicy foods is called capsaicin. It binds to pain receptors in your mouth, which then can trigger a reaction like your eyes tearing up or your nose running. The video explains that capsaicin is a non-polar molecule and dissolves in other non-polar molecules, so drinking milk, which contains non-polar molecules, will give you relief. Water on the other hand? It’s a polar substance and it will just spread the capsaicin around your mouth making the heat even worse. So, in conclusion try milk or ice cream to help with the heat, not water or juice! Hope this helps (:

Just watched this after having a bowl of these noodles, wondered how others found them. I liked them, not too fiery but definitely hotter than a vindaloo. People can scoff at 8k scoville units, but it's the fact that you are continually eating the stuff that makes it seem hotter. Good video, subbed👍

The trick is putting a coat of Vaseline on your lips so it works like a barrier so it doesn't burn your lips the only thing is if you wipe your lips before you finish unless you put more on it will burn them lol it can affect your ears because your ears nose and throat are all connected lol that's why when you get a problem with them you see and ENT (ears nose and throat)doctor xxxxx
