Love that saying about the pants!!!! Ego is a killer , Agreed 💯
@amaragrace942 жыл бұрын
Watching the replay and Kenny spoke a whole word. "Just because you wear the pants in the relationship doesn't mean she didn't pick them out for you." *standing ovation 🙌👏👏👏 The bible tells us all to be humble and submit ourselves to one another. A wise man or woman knows that no one but God is all knowing. In addition to that, a husband leads by serving and loving his wife/family as Christ did for the church (He literally died for us). A wife sees all that and respects her husband, submitting to the man that would give his life to protect her.

I believe it's the extremities we need to get away from. This is the problem today - it's either extreme red pill "women need to get down or lay down" or the opposite. The reality is that just like with anything in life, we need to strike the middle. There's needs to be respect, value and appreciation for what for both parties contribute to the relationship, regardless of their gender, age etc. We need to do better 💯 🙏🏽 Great Pod fellas !

Agree with Kenny. Own perspective...while I usually planned things, he gave more input or sometimes would plan things. Now in marriage, it's always "whatever you want," or "you plan it" and it's not something the same "clip" as before. Things changed.🤷🏾♀️

Lala scoped mello out for the win when he was still a young bull…she’s older than him and knows what comes with dating a baller…a baller is what she wanted and a baller is what she got…she got her life upgraded permanently…so what if he was cheating? she was eating!!

23:50 To answer his question, you can tell the difference in the other men she has dated. If they had to jump though hurdles and standards just to get sex, meanwhile you just got in on the first night, that's when you know you "that man". If she give access very easily to other guys just like you, then she's just an easy catch.

I understand completely what Trill is talking about. My wife and I was in a relationship 5 years before we got married and my effort was the same in the relationship as well in my marriage. When I was pursuing her in the beginning stages of course we did things to set us apart from the competition but not once she wants to get exclusive.

1:20:00: You forgot - PROFESS! Protect, Provide, and Profess. Never stop professing your love. That's what's the essence of keeping you both together. You share the whys, what, how strongly you love. What made you fall in love. What's so hard about planning a date - for you and your hypothetical wife? Get creative: use pictures, scour reviews for places, you know her favorite foods but be out-of-the-box with dinner🍽, be adventurous and get passports 🛂and fly out ✈. Everyone has one life. Make sure you share it with the One💒💍 , you don't *want* to be without, in this life. Those kind of things keep the honeymoon stage never-ending. ♾ It doesn't *have* to end🚫🏁.

@amaragrace942 жыл бұрын
I think Trill was getting confused on the planning the dates. Kenny understood imo. 1st off you're not going to be my man, let alone husband if you're not planning dates and activities 😅. With love languages there are preferences for giving vs receiving. I need consistent quality time in order to be satisfied in the relationship. I want to spend time together doing something romantic or fun, but I want him to put effort into the planning. The planner is the giver. The other person is the receiver who gets to show up and have a good time. I personally believe both should take turns planning. It makes the other person feel special.

Listen man, every woman I dated long-term, that my boys dated long term, we smashed on the first night! That’s how it works, I’ve never hooked up with a female if it didn’t happen by the 2nd time! Never! What matters is how she acts after, if she’s feeling you after, cool! If she acts like it’s nuthin, we’ll that’s a 🚩🚩🚩Why do we play this game still 🤷🏽♂️
