I'm glad KP is back. I sure hope he stays healthy.

No one actually watched the game. Porzingus is a depth provider and a defensive force, but the game did not turn in both the first and second half till Prichard, Houser and white took over. Look at the shooting stats. Without those three, the Celtics would have LOST. He has a lot of assets, but the Celtics success hinges on having a second unit better than everyone else’s. The offensive efficiency of Prichard, Houser and White when in there with either Tatum or Brown is off the charts vs any other 9:12 teams second unit. The Celtics win without Porzingus. Houser/Prichard combo along with either backup center is more valuable than Porzingus.

I would argue that Prichard is more valuable than Porzingis, especially given how little Prichard costs….the Celtics win without Porzingis but with three mediocre and very cheep centers and very cheap Houser and Prichard. This claim is backed by facts. If a trade of for some one like Bam Adubyu from Miami came up and Porzingis was involved, make the deal….Porzingis is way too fragile given what assets the Celtics have. He ads depth and defense, but little to the offense compared to Prichard. It’s a player like Bam that would make them totally unstoppable RELIABLY.

I would argue, the biggest trade was getting rid of a fragile center in in Robert Williams and moving in to players like reliable White and Stella Holiday. These two along with Prichard are the most valuable supports for Brown and Prichard. Everyone else including Porzingis is a replaceable part. This is Porzingis hype that will be lost with the next injury.

I don’t think no one in the league can actually stop us-it’s more of keeping up with us, the Warriors did it to us using that 3 shot tandem which we where off that game looked horrible from the 3, but the Cavs are another one as well but I see us beating the Cavs in 6 fully healthy but besides that only playoffs can tell I really do think we can Repeat and not just Repeat- I think back to back to back and miss the next, then back to it again but I know we have a Dynasty win 3-4 Chips before Drue and White decided to leave because after that our picks and bench don’t look like the next big thing 😫 but I’m all up for this Gen just as long as we can keep ahead of the Lake Show! **** the Lakers it’s Bean Town here!!!!!

Thanks for the defensive breakdown. Love to see more of that because it's such a big part of what this team is good at.

KP is everything we wished and wanted Rob Williams to be......AND MORE. Watching the media and fans of other teams melt down is quite hilarious. With that said, I still dont want to play Milwaukee. I feel like they could figure it out and give us problems.

We need to unload him while he's healthy man - He hasn't finished a single season since he's been in the league. He's never played through out a whole season let alone through the playoffs.

Cleveland and Golden State are the two biggest threats team wise, both teams are a trade away. OKC and Orlando in a year or two... if Golden State picks up Jimmy Butler like I have heard in rumors... I think that would give them the edge over the C's. I think Cleveland should look to trade Garland for a true shooting guard, maybe pick up a Lavine or even Butler? the Bucks are OLD and still hoping Kris Middlebrook can stop being in the middle... Knicks do nothing for me and I hated the KAT trade for them... 76ers are a joke... Heat need a rebuild like now... hawks too... I give the T-wolves another year maybe. I absolutely hated that KAT & Randel/Devincenzo trade... I think it was the dumbest trade both teams could have made. I thought the Knicks where a legit threat to the C's before that trade... now if the knicks had traded for Gobert I think the trade would have worked out better for both teams... Though I don't really think Gobert really fits on any modern NBA team... It is just not how the game is played anymore... two way play is more important than rim protection now a days. and someone who is really Defense only player; should be coming off the bench... though I do think he would have fit on the knicks, as they really only lack rebounding and a true center.
