Hey dj, one thing here. In kit of flywheel puller you got two nuts. There are for covering the end of the crankshaft damage. It’s pretty important in 4strokes especially in older Honda crf where crankshaft have lubricate hole on the end. Just for the future ✌🏻 great content as always

You NEED to torque those cam cap bolts to spec and tighten them in the numbered order. I understand with flips you don’t usually have a service manual for every bike you get, but most bikes have around the same torque specs for everything. Being in the ball park is better than just guessing without a torque wrench. 89 in lbs max would be good for a cam cap.

Also with spark plug wires… there’s a line at 9 o’clock on the hole on the valve cover. That’s where the wire is supposed to oriented.

He didn’t tighten them in the right pattern either, at least on my old kx the bolts were numbered in which order they need to be torqued down
