.... have to say that the scenery is mighty fine there .... must feel great to finish your work day and come topside and take in what the surrounding have to offer .... love it when things turn into a simple fix once the trouble spot is detected .... thx for the share ... as .. always .. never stop dreaming, just dream bigger .. have fun be safe, save our oceans .....

Hi Peter! I hope you are well! Yes, it’s such a beautiful area and we felt really lucky to be able to wake up to those views for days. It makes working a little bit more fun. We were so pleased it had worked out so well or that would have been interesting trying to bring the anchor up. We were there in 2022 having sailed from Falmouth. The Kyles are an amazing place. Hope to come back up next year.

They really are - they certainly enjoy boat life (even with their fighting!) It was a beautiful anchorage to spend a few days in ☺️

Great vid ,is it a vid 🤔my daughters laugh at me when I say I’m taping something from the Telly🙄. Anyway showing my age, had same problem with our windlass did exactly the same as you guys as I’m a Landrover guy and repaired and installed winches to all of them for competing. If you look on eBay under wireless winch controller you can do a nice we conversation to wireless for a few pennies. Did the same on our boat so never use the tethered controller now. Happy sailing ⛵️. Piece of cake to install too👌
