These female guards are absolutely the best! They allow for no breaking of the rules or infractions at all and they are spot on to speak up when somebody steps over the line or tries to touch the horse. I especially like the twin sisters because they really show how to uphold the honor of the British Army! I would say that most of the guards are doing a great job of protecting their horses and themselves from entitled tourists!!! 👏👏👏👍👍👍

One of the best Guards. This horse with the white markings has a beautiful face. Why are tourists so rude? I don’t understand their attitudes or actions.

I've seen horses I've been on one but years ago so I don't see horses they are beautiful but I wouldn't fancy a chomp!

I can't imagine putting up with those stupid people for even 2 minutes rather than 4 hours. They're rude ignorant entitled and disrespectful and they think it's funny when the guard yells. These guards are military and they should be respected at all times not laughed and mocked by the likes of such lunatics.

The horses and guards change over on the hour 8f you watch the video you will see that. Tbey are NOT there for 4 hours. Don't know who told you that, need to get there facts straight. Usually someone who was'nt born and bred here who thinks they know it all. I WAS born and bred here in the 1950s. Ask me or other Brit's born and raised here, outsiders know nothing.

It’s not manic to the individual wanting a lance in a life time souvenir picture. Because we see so many tourists doing the same thing , It seems manic but its reasonable under the circumstances.

It would be nice if the stable people who come out to check on the horses would put a little straw in the guard ports to keep the horses from slipping after they poop.

Extremely drastic measures have been taken since the previous lot left.. unfortunately this lot now is no different from the last one.. They will have this close down for future if adults are having serious problems following very very simple rules who i’m sure are professional people in their own countries…

They are tourists, of course they want to take pictures. You get to see that because someone is taking pictures. However, the manic obsession of the whole process IS mind boggling. I don’t get it either. If 200 or more people a day wanted to pat my face all day long, I would be cranky and bite a hunk out of them too. Maybe one police person should be assigned between the two guards to keep people moving along when the get crazy? I wish had a plan to help.

The other twin is not as sharp & commanding like her sister who is always on the case straight away .. She badly fails & let’s the woman come into the box with her daughter right inside the box & strokes the horse Disgusting 😮.. if let loose .. these people will throw her down & take over riding the horse.. because they believe.. the horse is theirs & taken away from them so they rebel

If all these complaining people had their way, they’d ban all tourists completely because they didn’t behave according to the strict standards of the complaints! How does taking a picture impede the guard’s duties? Lighten up! Tourists bring an awful lot of money into the country.

Who would want the lot of either the guard of the poor horse? Not me. To sit/stand for ages, in all weathers, enduring the noise and nuisance of the public. Horrendous. In generations before, people knew what respect was, but nowadays, a great many have no clue what that even means. I blame disneyland, where folk get up close with characters for photos, even touching. They think this sight is like that. It's NOT! These guards are fighting soldiers, and the horses are warriors, too. Please find a way to educate people!!
