You can’t suck at your job and keep it right??? 1) questionable rotations- you can’t field in 4 guards and AD and wonder why we get killed in rebounds. Porter JR shooting over Austin Reeves is something. 2) not calling time outs when needed. He can’t take his timeouts to the next game. He keeps on saying he is saving his timeout to give LBJ and AD a rest there are some games he never called time out. 3) bad to no play calling 4) you cant blame injuries, your top 5 players played almost all season. 5) we got beaten by Denver 9- 10 times straight and until now you’re still trying to figure it out, we have a problem. C’mon guys.

EXACTLY. There were games I watched where both Lebron and AD were exhausted and he would NOT call a timeout just to give them a blow.????wtf? Really low basketball IQ

What killed the Clippers under Doc Rivers was his inability to make adjustments at critical times in the playoff, and what's giving Ty Lue a better result (in spite of the injuries) is his ability to read games, make timely adjustments and achieve fair amount of success, and that is where coaches input help a team win or lose. An experienced coach like Spolstra would have had a much better result with the present Lakers roster as constructed than what Darvin did. The in-season win was due largely to the determination of the players and not necessarily based on Ham's ingenuity. Problem with Ham is his inexperience and his inability to make timely adjustments. This decision to fire Ham has nothing to do with his personality, it's strictly a business decision.

I’m sorry, but you guys are way off base with this one. No one is saying that the players did everything they could. We’ve blamed them for their mistakes. But they things that Darvin ham could control he didn’t. It’s the rotations, the personnel decisions, not calling plays, not having your players ready, etc.. they all fall on him

I'm really looking for some honest content. That said - the Lakers roster sucks. That's on Palinka who is a subpar GM. LeBron is a premodonna who is hanging on for the sole purpose of playing with Bronny and wanting all the accolades he can get. Anthony Davis is also a premadonna who is passive aggressive and secretly wants the light LeBron has but is grossly inconsistent. There is NO COACH that should want to coach in this organization until Rob, Bron and AD are gone. Other teams have great rosters, they are Dawgs who play hard, and have great organizations which makes coaching more effective. Other teams are more skilled, younger, and coherent. Lakers keep holding on to some old past. Magic and his team are gone. Kobe and his teams are gone. Nothing since then, let's be honest. The roster sucks and that's not on Ham. AD plays when he wants to. The other cast of characters would be on benches on many other teams.

Lebron single-handedly carried this team to many wins this season when the other players not named AD were shooting well under 50%. GTFOH

The Lakers should hire JJ Redick. He will bring the plumber's experience to the job, and LA will save a lot of money because he's already on Lebron's payroll.

I laugh at the Kobe stan Lebron haters ...Lebron single-handedly carried this team to wins on many occasions this season when the other players not named AD were shooting well under 50%. Many. Ham is just not a good head coach. He will likely never get another NBA head coach gig. That's the proof in the pudding. His assistant coaches were poor as well

@BillBene67

Exactly!! I say the same things...Ham was very low basketball IQ. ZERO in game adjustments. ZERO instincts. Rondo would have even taken this team much further. Ham had ZERO accountability. None. Not ONE time did I EVER hear him say "I've gotta be better" Yet his players often said this. ZERO teams will be knocking on Ham's door to be their head coach. That's going to be proof he was a garbage head coach. Totally ill-prepared and his assistant coaches sucked too.

Bron is the reason this team failed. He doesn't make his teammates better, he barely plays defense, blames his teammates for EVERYTHING and he doesn't take over the game because he is NOT that guy.

Lebron literally saved this team in many games this season shooting well over 50%, efficient. while the players not named AD were well under 50%. Many games. You're not going to get supreme defense from Lebron when he had to save the team on offensive side so many times this season.

Can NBA players defer money from their contract like the Dodgers Ohtani did 🤔. If they can Don't you think LaBron has enough money to do that to give the team more room to build and sign better top notch players 🤔
