Lamar was on pace to have a crazy statistical day but they were so far ahead there was no reason to throw in the 2nd half. He had 144 of his 175 in the first half alone

This is why Brady called Lamar “the eraser” he consistently makes up for negative plays and gets the offense back on schedule

You can see the admiration in Tom Brady’s eyes as he talks to Lamar Jackson or about Lamar Jackson & that goes both ways, because Lamar Jackson considers Tom Terrific as being the Goat 🐐 and Jackson has said this more than once 🐐👊🏾 ( Respect ) ✊🏾

He was a field general, the way they went from jumbo run it down ur throat to two min drill drop back in the pocket was incredible. His pocket elusiveness should be studied like dude is a magician I think we’re so used to seeing it but when u really step back and look it’s a thing of beauty. He’s 1 of 1.

That is a great way of putting it. Commanded the field so damn well

You are so so right, and just think about all of the years, that the Oline didn’t truly hold up all too well, causing him to have to scramble 😮 I don’t think that people truly appreciate what he does on average, and in many instances he scrambles ( not to be flashy or cute ) but his receivers be covered, so those scrambles are to buy more time. But you are right, and he has been guilty of holding onto the ball for too long, but that is debatable

That slant to Bateman, if Lamar held that for one more step Likely was wide open for a 65yd touchdown! Buffalo we comin!

Lamar had 2 incompletions in the 1st half. He spiked one, and the other was a throw away. Crazy. 13 of 15 for like 140 yards and 2 tds in 1st half. Does that sound about right? I know it was something like that. Crazy dude

beautiful playoff football by lamar. Hes doing the right/smart thing instead of going for the homerun every time.

The biggest take away for me was the urgency and clock management in the last drive of the half. After Likley's catch the Ravens of old would have had the clock run out

Hmm. A relatively obscure stat that might be the difference. The Bills have the sixth highest missed tackle rate in the NFL. The Ravens have the third lowest. I feel those stats might have an impact on a game where Jackson and Henry are expected to run the ball.
@RoadGradersFB15 сағат бұрын
How is it obscure? And what does it have to do with the Bills game? I’m reviewing the Steelers game
@junahn190715 сағат бұрын
@@RoadGradersFB Great content, Cole! Psyched I got a response from you. I agree that the decisiveness of Jackson this year has impressed. It is pretty clear he has greater control of the offense now than he did even last year which was already a leap from the year before. Missed tackles are not a stat that I hear a lot of folks talking about. I really think it has potential to shape the outcome of the Bills game.

Henry also leads the NFL in broken tackles. Missed tackles are always very costly
