Here's a few tips and tricks: -1: Boosting at the beginning, At the start of the race, start accelerating when the green light appears ,or slightly earlier. Like Mario Kart, you will gain a certain amount of boost (from 1 to 100%). Not only will it give you a quicker start, but you're boost will charge up quicker. -2: Boosting You can charge up to 3 boost on you're boost meter, charge it up by driving fast (very slow charge) getting slipstream (also pretty slow) and drifting (very fast) When you use a boost, you will be able to reboost after around .4 seconds. Press the boost button again when it starts blinking rapidly and you'll activate your extra boost. -3: Drifting Drifting is one of the key elements to this gamemode, you lose barely any speed while drifting, and while it charges you're boost meter, it also gives you a dash when you exit the boost. Unlike most racing games however, the drifting is quite unique. Experiment and master it as soon as possible, you'll need it. -4: Slipstream Yes, there is slipstream. No, it doesn't work how you would expect. By standing behind a player (while not being too far nor too close, about half a car to a car and a half of distance) you will gain a small dash for a few seconds, as soon as you gain that small dash, you dont need to slipstream anymore, you wont have you're slipstream for longer if you continue standing behind a player (atleast not from my experience) Slipstream is very useful when you dont want to use your boost on a straight to catch uo to people.Find a player, get behind them, and slipstream. -5 jumps and landing You have a jump meter from 0 to 100%, that recharges INSTANTLY as soon as you hit the ground. You are also given a mid air dodge (you can dodge to the left, right, up or down) you can use the dodge to dodge hazards, or to stick better to walls. Dodge to the right to attach on a right wall to get a perfect landing, wich will not slow you down (yes, sticking on walls without dodging will slow you down) time it wrong however, and you will also lose speed. You can use that dodge to stick on ceilings or get down on the road faster aswell. -6: Hazards There isnt much to say, hazards slow you down A LOT. Dont hit them. -7:Think outside the box There are parts of the map that'll penalize you for trying to go out of bounds, however some places wont. The devs will even add a few boostpads as a reward for driving on these places. Some are shortcuts, some are just alternatives paths to the track. If you keep losing places on a spot of the map, try seeing where the other players go and follow them. You might discover a new part of the map you never knew existed. -8: Sweats This gamemode is EXTREMELY sweaty when you start entering gold 2-3. Because everyone starts at bronze 1, there isn't a real way to have skillbased matchmaking. You will see a bunch of sweats in your lobby. While it's annoying, you cant do much about it (get better, remove ranked mode or practice the maps again and again) so the only thing you can do to continue ranking up the ranks is to...well... sweat (or atleast get good enough to be better then everyone else) it's annoying, but hopefully the next season's ranking system will be better. That's about it, there isnt much to learn but these few tips and tricks will help you rank up faster and get more podium places. Hope it helped. I agree with the power ups, game looks nice tbh and with a creative mode coming it could be exciting but after a while it could become stale without ways to gain advantages, eg grappling onto an opponent’s car and getting a speed boost and knocking them off the road would be dope.

The way the boost works is u press it once then after a short time it will appear again if u press it then u get a extra boost it’s a way of passing really quick u need to master it in the bends to control your car fast, there is also drafting so driving behind opponents charges boost slightly and makes u faster, aswell as that trying to drift as much as possible on bends is a good idea because it will keep your boost up for longer aswell as charging your other boost meter. And try not to hit walls or hazards of course higher ranks give u harder tracks and more hazards. When u start a race press accelerate on the green light to get the best possible launch. Also holding boost meters for too long isn’t a good idea coz people will get ahead really fast

1. Always try and stay on the road, you go faster on the road than in the air 2. When you turbo, you need to spam triangle 3. When drifting, try and stay in the middle of the road, it helps when you get to the harder tracks.

Boomer mode, quick chats, goal explosions when you finish first. Also the looping from normal to upside down is weird/buggy , just make upside down inversed like in RL. Also wave dashing seems an easy include.

You need to drift more at turns. You're only filling the drift boost bar by 5 bars

You need to hold your analog stick after you press your drift button to get the best drift and speed boost

I made this comment just now on your yesterdays vid, but just in case you dont read it here, you will probably read it here so if you see this, i thought, that you could really start making lego fortnite series just like you started with minecraft all those years ago. I assume you have already tried lego fortnite or watched others play it, but if you havent it is quite similar to minecraft so understanding the game for you wont be hard, but its atcuatly challenging! I would love to see you play it, react to it and possibly make a series out of it
