I was exactly such a jealous and over-competitive person, and the words "psychic attack" especially were the sort of short-hand I was using in my head for my behavior... Me too! But instead of rubbing my eyes, I gently palm and press in, and I wait, and wait, and then the magic colours and patterns begin. If I think about it, it goes away, but quickly comes back if my intention is to let it be and follow. I think you’ll get what I’m saying. It feels like a beautiful connection, and everything else, even my identity seems to fall away in those moments. I’m not forcing, but asking it to stay longer 💞🙏🏼💞
