The reason is not that authorities hide the truth or scientists are closed minded, on the contraryp; these claims have already been tested and proven wrong by science and the specific authority studying them. Conspiracy believers are closely bound to the lack of education and it dangerously leads to science denial. It is good that false information is being banned as it should. Otherwise, why are we sending children to school anymore when any imbecile knows "the truth" better than a teacher ?

The story is well writen and i find it very beliveable that people not trained as soliders for example would tense up during the occurences in the story. The thing that broke my immersion was that the church would have revoked the access to the secret archives as soon as they would have heard about the account being compremised. But even that is excusable as the large parts of the archives could have been stored locally. Besides that i can only write that i really enjoyed the story and your narration.

Well, that started with nearly unlimited potential, but basically set up for a simply part two, or even a series. Which I’d totally be game for! Like many of you have said, he certainly did act the part of a useless ass when watching a priest strangle a child, and then his mother. However if that particular priest is as old as the pictures state, he may have more strength than an average historian could fight off. Very interesting story, but made so very much better by the great Dr. Creepen! You're comparing a viewer of youtube vids to someone who's a professional youtuber (someone who does it as a profession, not someone that's 'pro' at it). It only took me three or four attempts, and my wife to get passed out drunk to make it all the way through this.... it's definitely been worth all the attempts to listen to. Doesn't help that I generally fall asleep between 11 and 12 then get up at 530am but definitely worth the multiple attempts to get all the way through it.

Hey man, when I found an MMO that was only available in Korean with no English patches, I just took the time to Google Translate and I learned a fair bit pretty quick based on pattern recognition alone. And that was back in 2009. I'd imagine most language experts hired to translate previously unread texts in an extent language probably spend hours with notes, a scratch pad, and references to similar languages. It definitely helps but shouldn't be a requirement, especially nowadays.
