Yeah, pretty sad. The worse thing is that you can literally pick any of these war leaders and they can write a poem on love and harmony but still they decide to focus on war. Again, it's much more complicated than how we're talking rn. Innocent lives are lost on both sides which promotes the need for revenge but hatred never dies. Even after revenge. I hope we find peace as humans.

Many of the countries represented here did not exist or have armies during some of the years covered in this video: Sweden was part of Norway until 1905. Turkey was part of the Ottoman Empire until 1923, and there wasn't a real "Turkish Army" until 1919. The Russian Empire ceased to exist as a country in 1917. Are you just attributing White Army numbers to the Russian Empire? You simultaneously show Weimar Germany and Nazi Germany in 1932. Nazi Germany is generally understood to have been established in 1933. Iran was known as Persia until 1935. You list it as Iran starting in 1932.

The numbers are staggering! The "top" armies have more soldiers than the populations of many countries... it puts things in perspective, eg. Russia has lost more soldiers in the last 2 years than the number of people that live in Luxembourg.

Nice, but the Russo-Ukrainian War started in 2014 and hasn't ended. Read up: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russo-Ukrainian_War I understand what you're doing, but you might need to re-allocate screen space to have more than one conflict going at the same time.

They have in several times more soldiers than Ukrainian defense. But it's hard to name "fast" occupation. The most of them are dying Himars can destroy more than hundred enemies at once. Drones can destroy enemies effectively. So "cannon meat" has no such value as 300 years befor, but technologies matter

The “Soviet Afghanistan war” is a bit of a misnomer, given that the USSR was always giving support to Afghanistan and trying to keep the current elected governments from being taken over by the mujahideen.
