I think the psychological imprint Mongles left was brutality is the supreme method for ruling, not technology, not civil government and certainly not through kindness. This is part of the reasons that although China was one of the first republic in Asian (and before many European powers) fell back to communist dictatorship eventually.

Yeaa everyone asking why “didn’t you got into how modern Mongolia started?” Yea they skipped the Jindandao incident which most mongol historian say where modern Mongolia started. It happened during Qing rule and was done by the Jindandao secret society, originally it was against qing and mongols even though they were living in mongol territory. Over hundreds of thousands of mongols were massacred and then the Chinese Communist said it was a revolt against their “feudal lords” I question how 150,000 to 500,000 were all feudal lords? Also the fact being that all Dokuments from the Mongolian banners disappeared.(A banner is an administrative division of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Was used during the Qing dynasty.) no its just an empire which is established in northern china (now inner mongolia south to gobi desert) after defeated by Han dynasty remaining people move to now mongolia but later also defeated by Han expedition forces some people migrated to west later forming Hunnic in eastern Europe remaining xiongnu nomadic settling with other turkic nomadic in western part of mongolia. your statement is like Qing empire is china because its established on Ming (china) but this two empires different origins different people but same region.

@@TheT3MK4 Why don't you go on the source I provided you and read? Just an empire? Hunnu (Xiongnu) Empire is not any empire, it was a big empire. It wasn't only around northern China and Gobi Desert, it included Manchuria, Mongolia, parts of Central Asia and Siberia. The source I cited says that the Xiongnu are the ancestors of modern Mongols. After some time, some Hunnu stayed, while some left for Europe. The group that left to Europe became Huns while the ones stayed became Xianbei. It is not my statement and opinion, this is based all on the research of a scholar, historians and geneticists. If you do not like the results, why don't you go and protest the results.

I wish I could meet one of Genghis Khan's descendants today and talk to them more about what Genghis Khan did in his private life and things that he did to his people and his empire. Or I could invent a time machine (if I were the inventor) that would let me go back in time so I can meet Genghis Khan in person in order to know more about him. I wish time travel is possible.

The only part I didn't understand was when you said the Qing dynasty settled the north with Han Chinese. The Qing were not Han people, and the Manchus are most probably closer to the Mongols than they are to the Han by blood and by culture.
@limcheating12 жыл бұрын
Manchurian was closer to Mongols only the very begining, they actively assimilated into Han Chinese soon after they ruled entire China, quickly even the Emperor himself dont speak Manchurian anymore
