Do you realize that incredibly immense areas of jungle which normally absorbed and made use of much of all the massive amounts of rainfall that the area receives yearly have been made barren? Did you know that the extensive networks of tree roots are what held the soil in place but that now there are massive areas without a single tree root? What do you think happens to the rainfall that now falls unto barren land with no plant or animal to absorb it? Without any living thing to make use of the rainfall, do you not think the area would flood, creating violent rivers that then sweep downhill, destroying everything in site? Do you not think the order of the land has been destroyed by clearing the jungles? Do you not think destroying all the jungle god created is a disrespectful act towards god, worthy of a wrath?
