Paul, I often listen to your tours of stops, on these various wonderful organs, as background when I am writing my sermons for Sunday. They are inspirational! 🙂

Hi Paul, wonderful organ demonstration thank you! This instrument definitely has a unique character, but seems quite comprehensive. I especially enjoyed the Cromona which has incredible character! And the reeds had a nice French edge to them. Take care John

Hi, Paul, Once more, a great performance. Would like to let you know that I'm midifying an old 3 manuals Viscount organ, specifically for this Haupwerk sample. The upgrade: just built a complete mechanical system for the stops. Will share it with you as soon as it doce. Congratulations once more.

Amazing Organ. Now I see that Metzler Chamades can do a punch. I did try this sample set and I must say this organ is a 3 manual version of Rotterdam also. Lastly Sonus Paradisi made a new sample set on the EM Skinner Organ of Temple El - Bethel which has 4 manuals with a Shofar Horn.
@PaulFey2 жыл бұрын
Oooh yes! I was shocked when I pulled out all the stops when testing it because I did not know that it would have those Chamades 😀
@RalphLooij2 жыл бұрын
In my opinion this organ is very different in character compared to Rotterdam. This one is more suitable for French, Italian, South German baroque compared to Rotterdam, which is better foe North German, Dutch baroque and French romantic. Only the Spanish reeds are alike.
@EElgar18572 жыл бұрын
OMG, what a fantastic organ! The voicing & regulation of everything is superb, especially the reeds, such as the Fagott. If you don't know the big Metzler in the Grossmünster, Zürich, look it up, and you'll be amazed: it's green with copper facade pipes! Also, one of your best demos ever, Paul. BRAVO! 😁🐧

Ooooh I didn’t know about the instrument in Zürich! Looks very interesting! 😀

@@PaulFey I thoughht it sounded even better than it looks! (Just joking, as some people find the facade ugly; I rather like it.) 🙂🐧

Wow! 🤩🤩🤩
@PaulFey2 жыл бұрын
