Beautiful paint. I would want another set of stabilizer jacks on the end of the hauler area. As I keep saying. Get rid of all carpet in a kitchen or food area, You can call that whatever creative name you want, but it’s still carpet. I doubt anyone who works there has carpet in THEIR kitchen at home. Beyond that, it’s a beautiful product.

The carpet in the slide is there to cover the area where the slide drops down to make the floor flat along that slide. If there was a different design for the drop floor that wouldn’t be as ugly maybe you could use tile the rest of the unit.

Why don't you try to make the flip-up extendable countertop so it's flush with the rest of the counter when being used?? Just put a nice piano hinge on the bottom, so when you flip it up, it's like one continuous surface. Love these floorplans....even though I'll most likely be a home person for life. (love gardening too much LOL)

Thanks for the question Angela. We do not have an MSRP. With our Factory Direct model owners are able to create a coach that is already raising the standards in the RV industry while gaining the ability to add personalizations (or not add personalizations). When you get a coach off of a dealer lot you aren't able to pick décor colors for each room of your coach, or have the manufacturer build you a custom desk in your toy hauler garage. To fully answer your question, if we were to take one of our showroom pieces that is $237,000 the calculated dealership MRSP would be around $328,000 so by going around the middle man there is savings.
