The "Laser Contour Check" option on WALTER machines explained

With the "Laser Contour Check" option (LCC), you can automatically correct your tool diameter and tool contour inside the process and are ready for the unmanned production.
In this video, our Technical Sales Engineer Silas Junger will explain you this feature on the example of grinding a cylindrical 12 mm tool with three radii between the diameter and the end face of the tool.
The Laser Contour Check option is available for the following machines: HELITRONIC MINI PLUS, HELITRONIC MICRO, HELITRONIC POWER 400, HELITRONIC VISION 400 L , HELITRONIC POWER DIAMOND 400, HELITRONIC VISION 400 L and HELITRONIC DIAMOND EVOLUTION.
