Can't understand why the Stephan Matteau goal vs NJ in 1994 Conf Final wasn't the #1 goal on this video. All were entertaining for sure, but Matteau's was the best of all, along with Howie Rose's unforgettable goal call.

It's because this is a compilation of all the Rangers' OT goals from the previous 25 years up through 2020, when this video was made. So Matteau's 2 OT winners from the 1994 Conference finals fell outside of the 25-year window.

Know which arena is not known for its ceiling? The Bell Centre. Covered with banners instead. We have a cultural problem where just okay seems to be good enough. The result: one cup per lifetime.
