If you look at the bottom left of the table, when not out of focus, zoom in to see PWM fan header pinout 😁 and rewire accordingly. If you have any questions, head over to SFFGuru Discord: discord.gg/sffgurus

Thanks for the close look at the Lobo, and for the tip about rewiring the EK DDC! I have EK DDC’s and Quadro’s in both my PCs but never thought to rewire 😂

I needed and inspiration of a sspf or mininitx PC with liquid cooling, and was looking for a good pump cpu block combo ... And your video is all what I needed ☺️🤌🏽

Those are some nice temps!
@zarghamkhan9345 Жыл бұрын
Lovely, well constructed build. The temps leave a lot to be desired - having such a powerful cpu/gpu on a 240mm radiator just doesn't make sense. Fans at 70%, and the temps you've published still don't look like they've plateaued with the coolant temp at 45 degrees and rising. Builds with this much processing power are better suited for dual 240's.
@L91 Жыл бұрын
Temps aren't exactly where I'd like them to be, but liquid temps won't really change much. This is a consequence of hardware choice. 280mm radiator would have been more than capable enough for gaming as I've run a similar build before in Meshroom S. If I were to build this again, I'd have gone with 7600X instead as AM5 CPUs run on the hot side in gaming. Some GPU optimisations would have been beneficial also.

at 0:33 what is the holes on the side of the coils for the pump?
@zenmaster24 Жыл бұрын
2:22 you say you require a 2A fan header 5:14 it looks like you are connecting to the AIO header on the Asus Rog Strix B650E-I Gaming WiFi which is rated for 1A is the aquacomputer quadro not shown in the video? finally, the re-wiring using the fan header is not clear as to the pinouts - how do you know which pin FROM the pump is GND/12V/Tacho/PWM?
@L91 Жыл бұрын
Correct 2A, and correct 1A header. Didn't attually use the motherboard header. The Quadro isn't there, hmm. The cables have markings if you look closely, and I used SATA pinout diagram and 4pin PWM pinout (also on deskmat if you look closely) to determine what goes where.

Hi, late to the game so not much hope but was wondering what is the name of the sleeve you used for your pump connector.

Such a clean build! May I ask where you bought the wire for the custom PSU cables, what AWG the wire is, and what AWG the crimp terminals are?
@simonaarflot4743 Жыл бұрын
I think 16 AWG is standard, could be 18. Shouldnt matter if you have a normal psu without voltage drop.

Thanks for the video and showing the DDC rewiring mod. Do you have a link for that tiny fork thing that you push in to remove the pins from the fan connector?

I don't, but you can search your local Google for PC cable terminal removal tool and should find something.

What are your thoughts on running a 2 pin temperature sensor along the 4 pin wires and taping it in between the pump PCB and thermal pad?

Any chance you can give us a link to the tools you used like the crimper, pwm pin housing and pins, and that extractor fork

I don't have links for everything. You can reuse the included pwm fan header, and I've provided information for hardware in the description.

@@L91 Thank you very much. By the way is it normal to have air bubbles in a loop without a reservoir? I saw you used quick disconnects to fill your loop and I know quick disconnects can grab air as it is getting disconnected

Is 75C a good temp for that cpu in a water cooled system?
@L91 Жыл бұрын
For CPU heavy workload, worst case scenario. It is completely normal and fine. Remember, this is only a single 240 radiator. That said, if I was to try this build again, I'd have probably gone with 7600X for better overall temps in gaming.

Hi, is there any different between LOBO acetal and non-acetal since there’s 60$ price gap or acetal is accessory for LOBO?

Yes

My initial thought was why not rotate this block 90 degree ccw to get much cleaner tubing and then I realized it's AMD. That's why I don't like their CPUs, they keep using this stupid rectangular mounting system that prevents free waterblock rotation.
