We're over with this years cutting. We expected more from this cut but it is what it is.

Farmer's POV (Point of View) is a channel where I share videos of different chores that are going on on our small family farm in Slovenia. We have 60 heads of cattle, mainly simmetal breed and we milk about 35 of them. We farm in a fairly hilly area so our equipment is relatively small. Currently we own 4 tractors: Fiat DT55-56, New Holland TN70DA, Deutz Fahr Agroplus 85 and John Deere 5085M. We work around 20 hectares of mainly grass fields and about 2,5 hectares for silage corn. We also have 7 hectares of forest.

Pity about the sink hole, but at least the damage was minimal. So beautiful shoots and the national park looks amazing.

As always the video showed how beautiful it is there. And be thankful that you didn't have too much damage when your silage trailer found the sink hole and you were able to get it straightened up and enjoy your views on your property.

The sinkhole was something else. One thing that doesn't happen here. We rarely even get stuck in mud. Snow and ice usually gets us stuck.

I bet the tractor stopped fairly quickly when the trailer dropped into the sink hole 😬🤦‍♂ I think we’re going to have a lot of sink holes appear after this summer 😩. That’s a beautiful national park you have 😊👍

Jama drži okrog 300 m3, napolni se v treh do štirih mesecih od okrog 40 krav in 20 telic 😉 hvala 🙂

The fall colors are beautiful and the park is stunning. What fish do you have in the stream there? Do you have any ponds on your farm? Your place is so beautiful and well kept. Think it’s the first time I could see the garden hope you show us more around the place in future videos would love to see more around the homes outside and other activities you do. Susan

For austrian standards 60 heads of cattle would be rather big than, as you pictured, small.

I cant tell you how.many spindles and bolts we shear off when our 2wd tractor hits a sinkhole making hay lol. I hit one a year or to back that sheared the bolt holding it and it flipped back about 180 degrees lol and the tractor didn't die and it plowed the front end through and the back tire bounced through. Open station 1066 tractor. No seat belt. Scared the piss out of me.
