During the years 1994/1996, ajax was absolutely the number 1 squad of the entire world. Nowadays ajax is national the best (must admit:"they played often not so well against smaller teams").Even in europe, they ain't so special anymore,just an average squad, nothing special anymore.

I've been a fan of Ajax since 2001.. in 22 years time i have become a fan, i think Ten Hag is probably our best coach in 2 decade, he really bought Ajax back to the European elite level again, we set so many new records with him in Europe and i think it will take sometime again before we have this golden generation of players ( the 2018 team ) and a coach that really understand the Ajax way, You will be missed! thank you for the 4 years of good memories! I get the impression Ten Hag has such an affection for Ajax, half of him doesn’t really want to leave. Especially to join a club that in its current situation represents the complete opposite to everything he’s built at Ajax. I've seen United win many many trophies in my lifetime - so I can deal with the current bad times because the good times were so so good. But lately, I can barely watch the football.
