This vlog hit so hard in the end. With Ramadan ending, I really hope to still be consistent with my practice like I was this past month. I could very much relate to the online toxicity part you talked about. I sometimes hesitate to post Islamic posts on my instagram story thinking that people are gonna judge me but I am only a sinner trying to be better muslim, one step at a time. Nine. Idk how but somehow I’ve been picking up my Quran more, I’m slowly working on being able to read the whole Quran fluently and I think a lot of my inspo came through your channel. I cried yesterday bc Ramadan is ending. I feel like even though I was so tired this month, it was just so beautiful and happy, and I feel like there are things I still need to work on, but I learned a lot this month, and I also learned how important self-reflection is this month, and just sitting down and pouring your heart out to Allah. 23:20 literally this feeling is the best thing ever cuz i felt it on the last qiyam allayl prayer (tahajjud at 1:30am) in the mosque (in saudi arabia idk if other countries have this) all of a sudden felt that warmth i closed my eyes with the surah and dua that the imam made i started crying and it was the best feeling. Like u felt allah is there seeing me and wrapping me warmly taking away all my worries and idk how to explain more... I am looking forward to it again cuz i can swear i have never felt this good everrr.. Alhamdullilah So i genuinely understand how u exactly felt🌼🌹

I can relate so much to your sentence "every ramadan is becoming more and more emotional" like as we grow up, we understand more the chance we have to live ramadan and each year at the end of it I can see the progress I've made, for instance this year was the first year doing taraweeh as the last two year were cancelled because of Covid and I've never received an islamic education even tho my mom grew up in an islamic one, so yeah at the end of each ramadan you have a side of you which is scared that this ramadan could be the last one, and you feel so grateful that u lived it. This vlog was definitely a great one ! 9

It's the last night of Ramadan here in India, and it's kind of bittersweet for me (saying goodbye to Ramadan and looking forward to Eid) I knew I was sad about this month ending, but I needed something to really connect with my feelings because I haven't been able to do that lately. I did not think I could laugh and cry watching the same vlog. I love this mix of your random 21 year-old boy leaving life, having normal 20yo conversations with his friends and your friendly respectful loving religious 20yo. It shows you can be both. Life isn't about being serious 100%. The Prophet said to life your life according to Quran but he didn't mean leave everything else behind. That talk at the end reminded me of myself on the 27th of Ramadan. This year's Ramadan is so different subhana'Allah. It was my very first time going to taraweeh and the day I set foot for the first time in the masjid for the night I felt I did not want to leave. This is why the 27th has been so hard for me. We did khatam that day. I cried for half the night haha I must have made the sisters next to me gone mad lol. The duaas, the end of the month, Quran...it just hit me (it always does but being at the masjid hit different). I guess living in France lately has been making religion even more special. I also wanted to congratulate you on your 7th year ma'cha'Allah, tabaraka'Allah. May Allah bless you with many more years. We should all wish to become more like you. You really are an example. It's harder for girls and whatnot but I know a little more than a juz (I'm practically the same age as you) and I just feel so ashamed watchin you and earing you talk about having learned the Quran at age 14...may Allah help me complete it too one day in'cha'Allah. Also, I always thought working out a lot/being a gym junkie for girls was unattractive haha. I've been working out 5 times a week ever since September 2020 (I only missed 3 days since) but every time someone asks how many times a week I go I act like I don't go a lot lol. I haven't let it stop me but it's not something I used to "flaunt". Especially as a hijabi I feel like there are "expectations"/"standards". Now I know it's not that bad I won't hide it anymore :) plus it's not like I'm "buff" (or however Americans say you're very visibly muscular haha).

This Ramadan involved a lot of travelling for me and I felt like it made it really hard to focus, to complete my Quran in tarawih, to feel that spiritual connection… but that last point is something I’m trying to keep in mind, that Ramadan is like a training ground. 30 days of hardcore effort. But you can carry on and improve after it too, with the hope that ان شاء الله, next Ramadan you still have those routines in your life and you can build and improve on them even more. And الحمد لله we have the night of Eid which is filled with so many blessings and opportunities for forgiveness till the last moment.
