I think with the carriage you should make two keeping both tarp designs. With the white tarp to show its brand new or more important cargo like gold thus the tarp gets washed and is clean. The white carriage could even be stocking up gold from the bank or unloading gold to give to the bank. It Could have an escort with it too. While the brown tarp could show how long it takes for cargo to arrive in the area, (like water and guns could be the cargo), and shows the balance of wealth in the wild west time. Could show brown spots or ripped marks showing its old. Just some ideas it looks great btw.

I’m from the Wild West (Utah) and I have some recommendations: -graves from those times were usually made of wood, because they were set up fast -add some more weeds, at least here in Utah weeds cover everything unless it’s a path -mix white and nougat on the wagons canvas a bit, instead of solid white -add some small cacti
@WasatchWind2 жыл бұрын
I think that as a Utahn myself, an arch would also be a nice addition to the desert landscape.
@grungorflungor2 жыл бұрын

I think a Castle themed set would fit excellently because you already have a Lego city. so if you do Medieval castles you could make it all connect together as sort of a time travelling build, also medieval castles are just cool. Anyways congrats on 100K cant wait to see what you have planned next!

In such a small town there would be a General Store that sold many types of merchandise, including guns. A blacksmith shop would also be more common than a gun store. Overall, this is a great looking Western scene!
@Biga1010112 жыл бұрын

This MOC is really superb, and like always give the impression to be lively. Here are several idea for a future MOC: * a pirate bay: a small port/village of pirates perched on the steep cliffs of a hidden creek ; * a medieval village: a small village around a castle still in construction, on the other side of the building, the castle is completed above the modern city MOC ; * a dystopian future: either the dark, crime-ridden, slums of a cyberpunk futuristic city, or a post apocalyptic scavenger world ; * Christmas town: a snow themed village MOC with Santa's workshop and other thing like that. I have a preference for the first two, but anything is good as I would appreciate your videos.

@cleverduck39212 жыл бұрын
That looks absolutely amazing! The covered wagon is really great. White not only looks better for that, but it's also more authentic, as the real covered wagons usually had canvas coverings that would become sun-bleached as the pioneers traveled across the west. If I can offer a suggestion; the saloon-style doors on the gunsmith wouldn't be appropriate. A gunsmith would want a more normal door, like on the bank, that they could lock up at night. A gunsmith would have a lot of valuable merchandise that they wouldn't want someone to just be able to come into the shop at night and steal.

The Wild West MOC really has come together nicely and i like the ideas of putting more canyons and rock faces in the back, for the next project i recon you should start on a medieval castle/ village on a cliff face over looking the ocean or something like that so that you could continue the themes of different MOCs throughout the eras (Wild western times, Current/modern times, and future with the moon base your currently working on). Either way what you do you'll make it look great anyway so keep it up!!! And congrats on 100k Edit: A Caribbean style MOC could look really cool as well

This turned out so good!! Watching your vids is always a nice break. I have a suggestion though: a seamless train track with the modern and Steam train travelling in their respective sections. So that only 1 train is viewable at a time (like now) but the trains switch themes when they enter each MOC? Basically so that when the Steam train enters the tunnel/room between MOCs you see the Modern train come out and vice-versa. I just thought that would be really cool if you could pull it off but anyway I hope to see what you do next!!

For the schooner wagon... If you want it to look aged only swap the white pieces representing the hoop frame with the tan. That way it still looks new like its only been on the trail a few times. The canvas didnt hold up on those wagons for long so by the time they were stained brown like that they were usually all sewn up with random patch material and on their way out. Just replacing the white hoops with the tan will add some look of use but not dilapidation. Also the gap doesnt need more mountains..it needs a sunset for the cowboys to ride off into
