These free classes really made a difference in my cooking. But as Kansas wrote, "nothing lasts forever but the earth and sky". It's been a great run! Very much appreciated by me (and the people I've been cooking for lately). Thank you sir!

I watched all of your old old old episodes like ten years ago when I was in university. They were supremely educational and I consider those lessons the foundation of my education in cooking. I even bought your DVDs when they came out years ago. Thank you!

You are without a doubt the best cooking instructor I’ve seen. You have made me feel comfortable in the kitchen, something I never felt before. I have learned so much from you. I purchased one of your classes and it’s really changed things forever. I’m still not great but I’m still learning. I like knowing that I can go back to any one of your online classes or your carefree cook classes to refresh or to relearn. Thank you for all you give. By the way I’m 75 years old and only started cooking about two years ago.

So many people need to hear what you teach ! Your attitude is AMAZING ! My community is looking to help people “reclaim their kitchens “. Lol maybe that’s what we’ll call our project “reclaiming your kitchen” You have definitely inspired me to push forward and help people other than what I know. I have the ability to learn what you were able to teach me. As far as I’m concerned, somebody can always teach you something, but you gotta have the basics to even understand what the same is . your videos, empower people to have the basics and to push forward and to try I haven’t begun to even watch more than what I stumbled upon and I look forward to it. I also would say that your demeanor, your attitude is fantastic. You show a love and desire for learning, that makes you happy to be in the kitchen. You inspire people to be proud of what they can accomplish, and to not be fearful.! Thank you so much . Wish me luck.

I’m a lifetime member. Your classes answered my question, “why does the same meal work sometimes and sometimes Not?!” Your method teaching greatly improved the meals at our house and my confidence. Cannot thank you enough!😊

Hi Chef, new subscriber here, I was wondering if there is a cookbook you have, or could recommend that teaches you about herbs and spices, I mean how to use them and what to use them in? I mean what is Marjoram for instance and what do you use it in? That’s what I struggle with in my cooking is the way to enhance the flavors of my food using herbs & spices. I hope this makes sense to you lol, thank you so much. (John from California)
