I have become attached to these characters like no show before. I don’t know how they did it, but they couldn’t have done it without Eivor. A veteran of Afg, there are a handful of songs that make me deeply homesick, and this is one. Eivor’s voice extends beyond the lofty Spin Ghar peaks, just as they do the Westfjords of Eivor’s home. Elevated, peaceful.
