I'm super excited to hear your thoughts on Logical Witch! It is one of my favorite arcs out of the six I've read so far, and it was one of my favorite reads of the year. I love the themes and dynamics between Sakuta, Futuba, and Kunimi. It's also funny that you've started watching One Piece and I started reading the manga. You've got a 1000-episode journey, and I've got a 1000+ chapter journey 😂. My favorite new release of 2023 was Logical Witch, but my favorite pickup of the year was Solanin by Inio Asano. It's a story that I think about every now and then in the back of my mind, and I think that says something about its staying power. It really touched me at my core as a young adult, and my opinions on the book have only improved as time goes on.

One piece has actually been kinda heat! I just finished arlong park and the show has honestly been surprisingly good so far! You just gave me the idea to re read solanin!

@@simonsaburou I've just started reading the first 3-in-1 omnibus, so I'm at the very beginning, but I'm enjoying it so far. I've also started Bleach, and it is honestly my favorite out of the big three so far. Maybe that's because I can relate to Ichigo since I'm also the older brother of two younger sisters. I also forgot to put this in my original comment, but here's my member recommendation for January: Vinland Saga I had to do it. I had to redeem myself after Ichi-F and help you start the year with a banger of a series 😂.

The color in Colorless isn't random. It's relevant to the plot. I just read vol 5 and the color pages were beautiful. I wish we had more manga in color.

I think I've only read up to volume 3 and it's one of the most enjoyable series I've read. The art is always beautiful.
