The following day, the sale of WHLM, WBWX and the associated stations owned by Joe and Nancy Reilly (Columbia Broadcasting Company) would be finalized, making them properties of 7 Mountains Media / Southern Belle LLC. Columbia Broadcasting had owned WHLM for over 21 years.
