The gift Ellie was given that was silicone wasn't birth control it was a Diva cup. It's a reusable menstrual cup that you can insert, empty out, wash & use again. In an apocalypse, with no access to tampons (except the lone box she found MONTHS ago) and pads, a Diva cup is a gift of gold.

You can tell you've never had a panic attack because Joel is full on having panic attacks. Those of us that have had at least one know exactly how that feels.

That is true. I have never, that I can recall, had a panic attack. That Pedro Pascal can act in such a way that people who have had them recognize it is a testament to his acting ability.
